GENERAL
Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! If you are interested in wholesale purchasing please email me at rachelbarridesigns@gmail.com.

How can I buy a sold out canvas?

Sign up for re-stock notifications! They are located on each individual product page. To sign up, go to the product that is sold out, and click "Email when available", and enter your email. You will receive an email once we have that canvas back in stock.

Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately at this time, we are not available to take on custom orders! Please check back as we do accept custom work on occasion. 

Do you ever offer discounts?

Yes we run two sales a year... one in August, and one around Black-Friday/Cyber Monday.  Aside from that, we offer a first time order code when you sign up for our email list. 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

All orders ship between 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note, custom canvases will take longer to paint, and thus ship. If you have placed an order and have not received a shipment notification after two weeks, please contact us with your order number.

All preorders will ship as per the stated time line on the product page. All items ordered *with* a preordered item will ship together once the preordered item is ready.

Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere! Please note that Shopify calculates shipping rates based on where you live and are based on going rates by Canada Post, USPS etc. There are no additional duties or taxes when shipping canvases form Canada to the USA, however if ordering from elsewhere, duties and taxes may apply.

All orders are tracked aside from needle minder pins which are not shipped with tracking.

Once orders are in the possession of the Postal Service, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items. You must file a claim directly with Canada Post or USPS if the item is being shipped to the Untied States.

Do you accept returns?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customized nature of this craft and the difficulty/expense getting returned goods back to Canada.

Where should I get my needlepoint finished?

I suggest calling or heading to your LNS (local needlepoint store) as they will offer finishing services and thread suggestions for your canvases! They are also amazing at choosing fibres or ‘kitting’ your project.

Do canvases come kitted with fibers?

Currently our canvases do not come with fibers, but we can give you fiber recommendations upon request to purchase from your local needlepoint shop. Please refer to our Stockists for a list of all of the shops that carry our canvases.

What are some examples of finishing ideas?

Pillows, Ornaments, acrylic trays, coasters, sleeping masks, belts, purse straps, stand ups, stockings - the options are endless! Pinterest has some great inspiration and so does the #needlepointfinishing tag on Instagram.
