Yes! If you’re interested, email us atwholesale@rachelbarridesigns.com, and we will be happy to set up an account for your shop.
We are constantly restocking items as fast as we can! If the item you want is marked sold out, click into the product page, and then click the "notify me" button. The second we add inventory back into stock, you'll be emailed right away!
Lead times vary between canvases and leather goods so it can range anywhere from 2-14 weeks. If you want a more specific estimate on a restock, email us at orders@rachelbarridesigns.com and we will do our best to provide an ETA! We can also direct you to a local needlepoint store that may have it in stock.

Almost anything! Popular ideas include ornaments, coasters, frames, pillows and leather accessories. • 18 mesh canvas: Size 22 needles (or size 24 if preferred).
• 13/14 mesh canvas: Size 20 needles.
• 10/12 mesh canvas: Size 18 needles.
Unfortunately at this time, we are not available to take on custom orders! Please check back as we do accept custom work on occasion.
We do not currently offer ready-stitched canvases for sale.
Choosing threads is one of our favourite parts of needlepointing! We do not have a full thread selection at RBD HQ, but we can do our best to help you with what we have on hand OR we can point you in the direction of a local needlepoint shop that would be glad to kit it for you.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders $250+ across Canada.
For express and worldwide services, shipping rates are calculated based on where you live and are based on going rates by Canada Post, USPS etc.
We aim to ship orders within 2-4 business days. Orders are packed Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. If you haven’t received a shipment notification within two weeks, email us at orders@rachelbarridesigns.com.
Currently, our store is set up to ship to Canada and the United States. If you are located elsewhere, please email orders@rachelbarridesigns.com and we will figure out the best way to get you some stitch mail!
There are no additional duties or taxes when shipping canvases form Canada to the USA, however if ordering from elsewhere, duties and taxes may apply.
We work with a shipping forwarder that takes your packages over the border, and then ships them domestically (so we can ship USPS or UPS domestically instead of internationally - this is a huge savings)! This service can add 1-2 business days onto shipping lead times.There are no duties or taxes when shipping canvases from Canada to the USA, however if ordering from elsewhere, duties and taxes may apply.
Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of hand-painted needlepoint canvases and the difficulty/expense getting returned goods back to Canada we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at orders@rachelbarridesigns.com and we will make it right.
Email us right away with a photo of the issue. Photos help us with inventory, insurance, and training to avoid future mistakes. We’ll make sure the correct item gets to you as soon as possible.
