How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders $250+ across Canada and the US.
For express and worldwide services, shipping rates are calculated based on where you live and are based on going rates by Canada Post, USPS etc.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders within 3-7 business days. Orders are packed Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. If you haven’t received a shipment notification within two weeks, email us at orders@rachelbarridesigns.com.
Where do you ship?
Currently, our store is set up to ship to Canada and the United States. If you are located elsewhere, please email orders@rachelbarridesigns.com and we will figure out the best way to get you some stitch mail!
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of hand-painted needlepoint canvases and the difficulty/expense getting returned goods back to Canada we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at orders@rachelbarridesigns.com and we will make it right.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Email us right away with a photo of the issue. Photos help us with inventory, insurance, and training to avoid future mistakes. We’ll make sure the correct item gets to you as soon as possible.
